A series of flowing terraces extends over the river, wrapping around the bridge with soft, continuous lines. The structure sits lightly above the water, supported by slender steel columns that create a sense of openness and ease. Each platform follows an organic geometry, forming a sequence of spaces that feel connected yet distinct. Movement through the project is gradual and intuitive, guiding people from one level to another without interruption.

Warm timber surfaces define the architectural language. They shape the walls, ceilings, and edges, adding depth and texture while softening the structural form. The contrast between natural materials and precise construction creates a balanced atmosphere that feels both refined and approachable. The green flooring and planted borders introduce a natural layer that brings life into the space and strengthens the connection to the surrounding landscape.

The terraces are designed for both activity and pause. Open dining areas encourage social interaction, while more enclosed corners provide moments of privacy. Seating is arranged to frame views toward the river and the city, allowing users to engage with the environment from multiple perspectives. As people move through the space, their experience shifts between intimacy and openness, between enclosure and exposure.

Light plays a key role in shaping the atmosphere. Throughout the day, shadows from the layered roof forms move across surfaces, creating variation and rhythm. In the evening, soft lighting can transform the space into a calm and inviting environment above the water. The design focuses on clarity, flow, and spatial quality, creating a contemporary public space that integrates architecture, nature, and movement into one continuous experience
