A space where one could take a break and rest from the busy city life of Riga.

I was inspired by the nearby railroad bridge and decided to make a tie between the newly built and the nearby one by having the similar structural form that continues. Arches do not only represent the nearby bridge, but also reflect water movement and ripples, in that way keeping the nature theme that I wanted to convey. In the middle of the bridge there is a flower field that goes through the whole length of the bridge with some integration of swing sets that demonstrate themselves as water waves motion - swinging motion that is calming. And lastly, the field is surrounded by simple seating around to sit down, relax and enjoy the view.
