The project is a futuristic architectural ensemble designed as a modern "bridge" connecting the historic city center with contemporary urban spaces. The project features three organic pavilions with fluid lines inspired by the Baltic dunes and the movement of the sea.

​​Social Hub: An integrated outdoor café and recreational zones featuring decorative greenery and modern street furniture, located between the pavilions.

​Materials and Aesthetics:

The complex utilizes a consistent material palette to create a sophisticated contemporary look:

​Roofs and Supports: Crafted from "Metal Brass Damaged", providing a sense of structural strength, luxury, and historical depth.

​Facades: Featuring "Glass Window Turquoise Blue" – its teal tint symbolizes the Baltic Sea while maintaining architectural l ightness and transparency.
