The project is a contemporary wellness and restaurant space integrated into the waterfront environment, where relaxation, gastronomy, and a connection with nature come together.

The complex consists of open and semi-open structures, including a spa area, yoga spaces, and lightweight restaurant pavilions overlooking the water.

The architecture emphasizes natural materials, wooden elements, and transparent structures, creating a sense of lightness, calmness, and aesthetic harmony. The spaces are designed to guide visitors through a gradual experience—from more active social areas to quieter zones dedicated to relaxation.
