This project turns an unfinished part of the Rail Baltica bridge into a public space where people can relax, think, and spend time.

The main idea is to use large mirrors that can rotate. These mirrors reflect the Daugava River, the city, and the unfinished bridge. This lets people see both the current situation and imagine the future, symbolically showing how the bridge could connect both sides in the future.

Swings are added to create a fun and special feeling. When people use them, it feels like flying above the river while also giving a new view of the surroundings.

There are also simple and useful elements in the space:

● A small café made from a container, so it can be easily moved

● Many seating areas where people can relax

● Bike parking

● An outdoor cinema where people can watch movies, for example, about Latvia

The space is located near the main train and bus stations, where people often wait. Right now, there is no comfortable or interesting place to stay, so this project creates a safe and enjoyable area for both locals and tourists.
